The BE Power Equipment HW4024HA12V delivers 4,000 PSI at 5.5 GPM with heated water up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, producing 22,000 cleaning units per minute. The 5.5 GPM flow rate combined with 4,000 PSI pressure makes this one of the most powerful hot water units in the BE lineup. The 12V Beckett diesel-fired burner heats water through the coil for industrial degreasing, concrete restoration, heavy equipment cleaning, and paint removal.
Honda GX690 V-Twin with Belt-Driven AR Triplex Pump
The Honda GX690 V-Twin engine with electric start powers a belt-driven AR industrial triplex pump with a reinforced body, forged brass manifold, solid ceramic plungers, and stainless steel check valves. Belt drive is essential at 5.5 GPM output, absorbing the higher mechanical loads and vibration that would shorten pump life in a direct-drive setup. A 55AH AGM marine battery is included for the 12V electric start and burner.
Skid-Mount Steel Roll Cage for Permanent Installation
The powder-coated 1.5-inch OD steel roll cage frame is built for truck or trailer mounting. At 975 pounds and 48 x 46 x 51 inches, the HW4024HA12V requires a permanent mounting platform. Oil drain hoses on both the engine and pump provide clean access for field maintenance. The 50-foot high-pressure steel braided hose, insulated spray gun wand assembly, and five quick-connect nozzles are included.
