Simpson builds the gas pressure washers most contractors start with and many never leave: honest machines with Honda, Kohler and Simpson CRX engines, AAA and Simpson triplex pumps, and steel or aluminum frames priced under the industrial brands. The 30 Simpson machines here run from the 1,500 PSI Mini Brute electric hot water unit to 4,400 PSI Water Blasters and 10 GPM hot water truck mounts, and the 50 Simpson accessories beside them, hoses, guns, nozzles, reels, surface cleaners, foam cannons and pump care, are the parts that keep them running. Simpson PowerShot pressure washers

PowerShot is the series most people mean when they say Simpson: gas units with Honda GX or Simpson CRX engines and a triplex pump, from the PS4240 at 4,200 PSI and 4.0 GPM to the Monster PowerShot 60869 at 4,000 PSI and 3.5 GPM. They are the contractor entry point and the homeowner upgrade.

Simpson 3,400, 3,600, 4,000 and 4,400 PSI units

The Clean Machine CM61083 is the 3,400 PSI homeowner unit. The 3,600 PSI class is the Super Pro SPW3625 roll cage units. The 4,000 PSI class is the Monster PowerShot and the King Brute hot water units. The 4,400 PSI class is the Water Blaster WB60824 and the Super Pro SPW4440 belt drive roll cage machines.

Simpson Aluminum Water Blaster and Aluminum series

An aluminum frame does not rust in a truck bed or on a trailer. The Aluminum Water Blaster ALWB60828 is 4,200 PSI at 4.0 GPM with a belt drive pump, the everyday contractor machine, and the ALH3228-S and ALH4240 Aluminum units cover 3,200 and 4,200 PSI at a lower price.

Simpson Super Pro roll cage units

The Super Pro series puts the pump and engine inside a steel roll cage that takes a truck, a trailer and a crew: small roll cage units at 3,600 PSI, medium roll cage units at 4,000 to 4,400 PSI in direct drive and belt drive, and the SuperPro Roll Cage SRC4440111 at 4,400 PSI with a belt drive pump.

Simpson hot water pressure washers

The King Brute KB65133 is a 4,000 PSI 4.0 GPM gas hot water unit on wheels for shops and farms. The Truck Mount series, TM3080141E and the MTM units, are belt drive hot water skids at 5 to 10 GPM for fleets and truck washes at a price well under the industrial skids. The Mini Brute MB1518 is the 120 volt electric hot water unit for a small shop. All of them also appear in hot water pressure washers.

Simpson hoses, guns, nozzles and pump care

Simpson makes the accessories most crews run regardless of the machine: wrapped rubber hoses to 10,000 PSI, Monster and Morflex extension hoses, spray guns and wands, quick connect nozzle sets and turbo nozzles, hose reels, surface cleaners, foam cannons and the three cleaners, and the pump oil, pump guard and o ring kit that keep any triplex pump alive. Freight, delivery and returns on machines

Free freight to the lower 48. Machines ship new from the manufacturer by freight carrier at no charge to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, or to the carrier's nearest terminal for pickup. Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business days and delivery takes 5 to 8 business days.

Liftgate service, $95 flat. No dock or forklift? Choose liftgate service when you add the machine to the cart. The carrier calls ahead to schedule, brings the crate to your address and lowers it to the ground with a liftgate. It lands at the curb or driveway, not inside the building. One flat fee per order, whatever the machine weighs.

On delivery. Inspect the crate before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. We file the claim with the carrier, and if a replacement is needed we ship it.

Returns. Unused machines in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a refused freight delivery is handled the same way, which is why we would rather confirm the model before it ships: send the job, the water and the power on site through the form on this page and we check the spec against the machine. Are Simpson pressure washers good for commercial use?
The Aluminum, Water Blaster, Super Pro, King Brute and Truck Mount series carry triplex pumps and belt drive options built for daily use. The Clean Machine and PowerShot units are residential and light commercial machines.
Which engine do Simpson pressure washers use?
Honda GX and Kohler engines on most units, and the Simpson CRX engine on the Super Pro and Truck Mount lines. All three are commercial engines with parts support.
What is the difference between PowerShot and Water Blaster?
PowerShot is the direct drive gas line from 3,600 to 4,200 PSI. Water Blaster and Aluminum Water Blaster units carry belt drive pumps and, on the aluminum models, a frame that does not rust, for contractors who wash every day.
Does Simpson make hot water pressure washers?
Yes. The King Brute portable units, the Truck Mount skids at 5 to 10 GPM, and the Mini Brute electric unit are all hot water machines with diesel fired burners.
Do you sell Simpson parts and pumps?

How does shipping work?
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Machines ship new from the manufacturer by freight carrier to a commercial address with a dock or forklift, or to the carrier's nearest terminal for pickup.
