Processing & Dispatch
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your purchase has been successfully received. Our team will then begin preparing your order for shipment. Processing is completed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery timeframes range from 5 to 8 business days (Monday–Friday) following dispatch. Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier schedules, and other external factors.
We proudly provide free shipping across the Continental U.S. (48 states) on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirements. The only optional charge is liftgate service on machines that ship by freight, described below.
Freight Machines & Liftgate Service
Pressure washer skids, trailers, hot water units, stationary machines and other heavy equipment ship new from the manufacturer on a pallet by LTL freight carrier. Parcel carriers do not handle these sizes. Hoses, guns, nozzles, reels, chemicals and lighter units ship by ground at no charge.
There are two ways to receive a freight machine:
Free freight: delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or a forklift, or pickup at the carrier's nearest terminal. At the terminal, the carrier loads the crate onto your truck or trailer at no charge. Please bring a vehicle rated for the crated weight and a way to unload at your end. Most terminals hold a shipment free for 48 hours.
Liftgate service, $95 per order: the carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window, brings the crate to your residential or commercial address and lowers it to the ground with a liftgate. The crate is placed at the curb or driveway, not inside a building or garage. The fee is the same whatever the machine weighs, wherever you are in the 48 states and whichever carrier the manufacturer uses. It is added to your order when you select liftgate service on the product page.
Every machine that ships by freight asks you to choose one of the two before it can be added to the cart, and the choice can be changed in the cart. When you choose free freight, you confirm that the delivery address can unload a crated machine with a dock or a forklift, or that you will collect the crate at the terminal.
If free freight was chosen and the address turns out to have no dock or forklift, the carrier cannot complete the delivery. A liftgate requested at the door is billed at $95, the same as selecting liftgate service up front. A delivery that has to be reattempted because nobody was available at the scheduled window, or because the address could not receive the crate, carries a $150 redelivery charge. The carrier bills these to us and we bill them to the card on the order. A shipment that is refused, or that the carrier has to return to the manufacturer, is handled as a return under our Return and Refund Policy, with the return freight deducted from the refund.
Freight deliveries need an adult present to sign. Please count the pieces and inspect the crate before signing. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it and email support@highpressurecarwasher.com the same day. We file the claim with the carrier and, if a replacement is needed, we ship it. Damage reported after a clean signature is much harder to recover, so please look before you sign.
Shipping Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend first checking your tracking information for updates. Occasionally, minor delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window.
If your package still has not arrived after this period, feel free to contact us at support@highpressurecarwasher.com with your order number, and we will look into the matter for you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@highpressurecarwasher.com. We can typically make changes only before the order enters processing. Once processing has started or the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return process after delivery.
Damages & Issues
While we take great care in packaging and quality control, errors or damages can occasionally happen. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition or is wrong, please email us at support@highpressurecarwasher.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or correction.
