The Pressure-Pro Eagle II E4040KG-20 produces 4,000 PSI at 4.0 GPM from a Kohler CH440 engine driving a GP-EZ triplex pump in a direct-drive configuration. The Eagle II frame uses oversized airless tires that never go flat, a cold-rolled hardened steel axle, and a dash panel with integrated storage for the gun, wand, and nozzles. Direct drive keeps the mechanical path simple, fewer moving parts, fewer maintenance points.
GP-EZ Triplex Pump with Kohler CH440 Engine
The GP-EZ pump is a triplex plunger design paired directly to the Kohler CH440 crankshaft. This engine is a commercial-grade single-cylinder OHV with a cast-iron cylinder sleeve and pressurized lubrication system. The combination delivers 4,000 PSI and 4.0 GPM for concrete restoration, paint removal, and heavy equipment cleaning. A 50-foot gray non-marking hose with quick-connect fittings and five nozzle tips come standard.
