The Simpson ALH4240 and the BE B4213HA are the two 4,200 PSI gas carts here: Honda engines, direct drive triplex pumps, and wheeled frames one person can load. The Pressure-Pro Eagle II EB4040HA-20 steps up to belt drive, which turns the pump slower than the engine and stretches pump life for contractors who wash every day.
Grease, oil and road film come off faster with heat. The BE HW4013HG and the Pressure-Pro Hot Shot 4012-10G both make 4,000 PSI at 4 GPM with a diesel burner behind a Honda GX390, on wheels, for fleet yards, equipment and kitchens.
The Kranzle K1200TST runs 2,400 PSI at 5 GPM on 230 volt three phase power with no exhaust, for detail shops, dealerships and plants that wash inside.
The Cam Spray 3000PME bolts into a pickup bed, draws from a tank or the water supply at the site, and makes 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM for a mobile washing route.
The Makinex dual pressure washer feeds two guns from one engine at 2,500 PSI, so a crew of two finishes a lot or a fleet in half the time.
Check three things: the water supply at the site (a garden hose feeds up to about 4 GPM, more needs a tank), the power (an outlet for electric units, none for gas), and how the machine travels (cart, truck bed or trailer). Free freight to the lower 48. Machines ship new from the manufacturer by freight carrier at no charge to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, or to the carrier's nearest terminal for pickup. Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business days and delivery takes 5 to 8 business days.
Liftgate service, $95 flat. No dock or forklift? Choose liftgate service when you add the machine to the cart. The carrier calls ahead to schedule, brings the crate to your address and lowers it to the ground with a liftgate. It lands at the curb or driveway, not inside the building. One flat fee per order, whatever the machine weighs.
On delivery. Inspect the crate before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. We file the claim with the carrier, and if a replacement is needed we ship it.
Returns. Unused machines in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a refused freight delivery is handled the same way, which is why we would rather confirm the model before it ships: send the job, the water and the power on site through the form on this page and we check the spec against the machine.
