Car Wash and Fleet Washing Equipment: Hot Boxes, Pumps, Generators and Compressors

This page holds the equipment that rides beside a pressure washer on a truck, a trailer or in a wash bay: hot boxes that turn a cold water machine hot, water transfer and trash pumps that fill tanks and drain sites, portable generators that power a rig or a house, gas air compressors for the service truck, plus a water recovery vacuum and a sweeper. Forty five units from BE Power Equipment, Pressure-Pro and Kranzle, all shipped new from the manufacturer through High Pressure Car Washer, an authorized dealer for all three, with free shipping to the lower 48 states, to a dock or terminal on freight machines, and liftgate service for one flat fee.

Each category has its own page with a guide, picks for the common jobs and a comparison table from the specs. The machines themselves are in pressure washers and the small parts in pressure washer accessories. Building a car wash, a fleet washing rig or a mobile wash truck? Call (219) 327-1138 and a person specs the whole package, machine, heat, water and power, in one conversation.

Filters

Hot boxes

A diesel fired water heater that sits between a cold water pressure washer and the gun, sized to the machine's flow, with 12 volt controls for trucks or 115 volt for shops. See pressure washer hot boxes.

Water transfer pumps and trash pumps

Gas powered pumps from 1 to 4 inches for filling tanks, draining sites and moving chemical, on Powerease, Kohler and Honda engines. See water transfer pumps and trash pumps.

Portable generators

2,800 to 12,500 watt units for home backup, job sites and camping, conventional, inverter and tri fuel. See portable generators.

Gas powered air compressors

13.8 to 23 CFM Honda powered compressors for trucks and shops, and combination units with a generator and a welder. See gas powered air compressors.

Car wash and fleet washing equipment

A car wash prep bay is an electric pressure washer, a wall reel and a hot box or hot water unit. A fleet washing rig is a hot water skid, a tank, a transfer pump to fill it, a reel and a generator if the site has no power. A mobile wash truck adds a water recovery vacuum where runoff rules apply. The pieces are on these pages and the machines are in commercial pressure washers; we spec the package by phone.

Freight, delivery and returns on machines

Free freight to the lower 48. Machines ship new from the manufacturer by freight carrier at no charge to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, or to the carrier's nearest terminal for pickup. Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business days and delivery takes 5 to 8 business days.

Liftgate service, $95 flat. No dock or forklift? Choose liftgate service when you add the machine to the cart. The carrier calls ahead to schedule, brings the crate to your address and lowers it to the ground with a liftgate. It lands at the curb or driveway, not inside the building. One flat fee per order, whatever the machine weighs.

On delivery. Inspect the crate before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. We file the claim with the carrier, and if a replacement is needed we ship it.

Returns. Unused machines in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20 percent restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a refused freight delivery is handled the same way, which is why we would rather confirm the model before it ships: send the job, the water and the power on site through the form on this page and we check the spec against the machine. Full terms are on the shipping policy and return policy pages.
