Return and Refund Policy

30 Day Return Window
If you would like to send back an item, you may do so within 35 days of the delivery date. To arrange a return, please contact our team at support@highpressurecarwasher.com. Returned products must be unused, remain in their original condition, and include any original packaging or attached tags. Requests submitted after the allowed return period cannot be approved.

Before Sending a Return
Please contact us first at support@highpressurecarwasher.com with your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return. Once reviewed, we will provide the return address together with the instructions needed to continue. Packages returned without prior communication may not be eligible for processing.

To help prevent issues during delivery, we recommend packing all returned items securely and carefully. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
After the returned package is received, our team will examine the item to verify that it meets the return conditions. Once approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within up to 9 days. We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once processing has started or the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return process after delivery.

Damages & Issues
While we take great care in packaging and quality control, errors or damages can occasionally happen. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition or is wrong, please email us at support@highpressurecarwasher.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or correction.
