BE Power Equipment SW1165HEC2 Commercial Soft Wash System
The SW1165HEC2 is a mobile soft wash platform rated 300 PSI at 11.0 GPM for surfaces that cannot take conventional pressure washing: asphalt shingle and tile roofs, wood siding, decks and fences, painted and stucco exteriors, screens, gutters and fascia. Soft washing relies on the detergent solution to remove algae, mold, mildew and lichen, with the high water volume applying and rinsing it.
Engine and Pump
A Honda GX200 196cc OHV engine with recoil and electric start turns through a gear reduction that drops speed from 3,500 RPM to 550 RPM to drive a Comet P40/20 diaphragm pump with chemical resistant wetted parts, a single piece manifold, bolt on regulator and aluminum head plates. The engine has automatic low oil shutdown and a 3.1 liter fuel tank.
Cart and Mounting
The aluminum mobile cart frame rolls on the job and bolts down for truck or trailer mounting, so the same unit serves a route truck or a fixed installation. The pump's wetted parts are rated for aggressive soft wash chemical solutions.
