The BE Z5535CPBDV is the same industrial hot water skid as the Z5535CPBDH with a Vanguard 18 HP 570cc V twin in place of the Honda: electric start, a Comet RW5535 belt drive triplex pump at 3,500 PSI and 5.2 GPM, and a diesel burner rated 350,000 BTU per hour with up to 165 degrees of temperature rise for kitchens, government buildings and contract sites. The extra heavy duty powder coated frame is truck and trailer mount ready with an enclosed belt guard, and the coil wrap and coil skin tank are stainless.

The Z5535CPBDV is an industrial series hot water skid rated 3,500 PSI at 5.2 GPM. A Vanguard 18 HP 570cc V twin engine with electric start drives a Comet RW5535 belt drive triplex pump, and a diesel fired burner supplies the heat for commercial kitchens, government buildings and commercial sites.

The diesel fueled burner with high limit switch produces up to 350,000 BTU per hour and a temperature rise of up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The Schedule 80 carbon steel heating coil is wrapped in stainless steel, and the coil skin water tank is stainless as well. A stainless control panel carries diagnostic LED lights.

The extra heavy duty powder coated steel frame is truck and trailer mount ready, and the enclosed belt guard protects the drive. The Comet pump has a reinforced body, forged brass manifold and solid ceramic plungers with an external unloader. Shipping Time Guarantees

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Transit normally takes 5 to 8 business days after an order ships, but the destination and carrier schedules can extend that. When a delivery runs past the estimate, an additional 2 to 3 business days is the normal allowance. If the package still has not arrived after that, contacting us with the order number starts a trace with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. A return starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and the reason for the return; the return address and instructions are sent back from there. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns carry a 20 percent restocking fee, which is waived for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 9 days.
