The Cam Spray 1500STNEF is the smallest natural gas unit in the ST series: 1,500 PSI at 3 GPM from a 3 HP motor on a 230 volt 20 amp single phase circuit, with a natural gas burner heating water to 195 degrees. It fits a food plant, a bakery or a kitchen that has gas on the wall and wants heat for grease without the pressure that strips paint and seals. The skid is a fixed installation, vents through a flue, and ships with a dual wand and a 50 foot hose.

The Cam Spray 1500STNEF delivers 1,500 PSI at 3 GPM from a 3 HP electric motor with heat from a natural gas burner, built for a fixed installation. It runs on 230 volt, 20 amp, single phase power.

Cam Spray 1500STNEF Motor, Pump and Protection

The ST series is built for a fixed installation with a dedicated natural gas line and connects to a 1 inch gas line. A totally enclosed, thermal overload protected industrial motor drives a triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves, protected by an unloader valve and a secondary pressure pop off. The burner uses forced air technology with a Schedule 80 coil wrapped in stainless steel, controlled by an adjustable thermostat and a temperature limit switch for a maximum of 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

The skid frame is industrial coated steel tubing. Low pressure chemical injection feeds concentrated detergent through the dual wand, which switches between high pressure cleaning and detergent application with a side handle valve, and quick change 0, 15, 25 and 40 degree nozzles are included. Fuel burning units must be operated outdoors or properly vented with make up air; consult an HVAC professional for the installation. Ships with a 50 ft x 3/8 in high pressure hose and a 35 ft with GFCI power cord. Product dimensions 47 in x 29 in x 46 in. Maximum pump inlet water temperature 140 degrees F.

Shipping Time Guarantees

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Transit normally takes 5 to 8 business days after an order ships, but the destination and carrier schedules can extend that. When a delivery runs past the estimate, an additional 2 to 3 business days is the normal allowance. If the package still has not arrived after that, contacting us with the order number starts a trace with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. A return starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and the reason for the return; the return address and instructions are sent back from there. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns carry a 20 percent restocking fee, which is waived for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 9 days.

Damaged and defective items are replaced or corrected. The process starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
