Cam Spray 3000QE Diesel-Fired Hot Water Cleaning System

Generating 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM for 12,000 cleaning units, the Cam Spray 3000QE brings serious hot water cleaning capacity to industrial environments. Diesel-fired heating reaches 195 degrees Fahrenheit, dissolving grease and oil that cold water leaves behind. The 7.5 HP electric motor on 230-volt, 34-amp power keeps exhaust out of the work area while the diesel burner handles heat production.

7.5 HP Electric Motor on the QE Frame

The 3000QE uses the full QE platform at 52 x 32 x 49 inches with four 13-inch wheels supporting 650 pounds. The 7.5 HP enclosed motor with thermal overload protection drives the triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves. A 35-foot GFCI power cord provides longer reach than the 10-foot cord found on higher-amperage QE models.

9-Gallon Tank with Extended Run Capacity

The 9-gallon diesel tank powers the schedule 80 coil and stainless steel wrap burner system for extended cleaning sessions. The adjustable thermostat dials water temperature to match the job, from warm rinses to full 195-degree degreasing. The female socket accommodates optional accessory reels, and the dual wand with side-handle valve toggles between pressure washing and chemical application.
