The Cam Spray 3000SHDE is the top of the SHDE cart lineup, producing 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM with diesel-fired hot water up to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. That equals 12,000 cleaning units for concrete restoration, industrial degreasing, and heavy equipment cleaning. The 7.5 HP electric motor draws 34 amps on 230-volt single-phase power, and the diesel burner handles water heating independently.

7.5 HP Electric Motor with Maximum SHDE Output

The 7.5 HP enclosed motor with thermal overload protection is the largest in the SHDE series. It drives a triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves at full 3,000 PSI output. The diesel burner draws from a 5-gallon fuel tank and heats water through a schedule 80 coil with stainless steel wrap. An adjustable thermostat and temperature limit switch manage the heating cycle safely.

At 460 pounds, the 3000SHDE is a substantial piece of equipment on its 34 x 27 x 47 inch cart with two 13-inch wheels. The 35-foot GFCI power cord and 50-foot by 3/8-inch hose provide generous working range. Low-pressure chemical injection, a dual wand with side-handle valve, and quick-change nozzles in four patterns give operators the tools for both broad surface cleaning and focused degreasing work.
