The Cam Spray 3040QD delivers 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM from a 10 / 7.5kw Hatz Diesel diesel engine in a portable hot water, diesel engine with diesel fired burner configuration.
Motor, Pump and Protection
An industrial Hatz diesel engine drives a triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves, with low pressure chemical injection and protection by an unloader valve and a secondary pressure pop off. The burner also runs on diesel from a rust free tank through a Schedule 80 coil wrapped in stainless steel, controlled by an adjustable thermostat and a temperature limit switch for a maximum of 195 degrees Fahrenheit.
Installation and Included Equipment
The heavy duty frame carries a hose rack, wand holder and 13 inch wheels for moving across a work site. The heavy duty trigger gun and dual wand with side handle valve switch between high pressure cleaning and detergent application, with quick change 0, 15, 25 and 40 degree nozzles. A Group 24 battery is not included. Ships with a 50 ft x 3/8 in high pressure hose, a 5.3 Quarts engine fuel tank and a 9 Gallon burner fuel tank. Product dimensions 52 in x 32 in x 49 in.
