The Cam Spray 3040STATLEF is the propane version of the 3,000 PSI stationary hot water unit, for a shop or a plant without a natural gas line: the LP burner draws from a tank outside, the 7.5 HP motor on 230 volt single phase makes 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM with no exhaust indoors, and the STAT water tank keeps the pump fed from a small supply line. It bolts in place with a flue, a wall reel takes the hose to the work, and it runs every shift without fuel in the building.

The Cam Spray 3040STATLEF delivers 3,000 PSI at 4 GPM from a 7.5 HP electric motor with heat from a LP gas burner, built for a fixed installation. It runs on 230 volt, 34 amp, single phase power.

Cam Spray 3040STATLEF Motor, Pump and Protection

The STAT series adds a water tank to the stationary ST platform for installations where the supply cannot feed the pump directly. A totally enclosed, thermal overload protected industrial motor drives a triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves, protected by an unloader valve and a secondary pressure pop off. The LP gas burner uses forced air technology with a Schedule 80 coil wrapped in stainless steel, controlled by an adjustable thermostat and a temperature limit switch for a maximum of 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

The skid frame is industrial coated steel tubing. Low pressure chemical injection feeds concentrated detergent through the dual wand with side handle valve, and quick change 0, 15, 25 and 40 degree nozzles are included. Fuel burning units must be operated outdoors or properly vented with make up air. Ships with a 50 ft x 3/8 in high pressure hose, a 10 ft power cord and a 50 gallon water tank. Shipping Time Guarantees

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Transit normally takes 5 to 8 business days after an order ships, but the destination and carrier schedules can extend that. When a delivery runs past the estimate, an additional 2 to 3 business days is the normal allowance. If the package still has not arrived after that, contacting us with the order number starts a trace with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. A return starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and the reason for the return; the return address and instructions are sent back from there. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns carry a 20 percent restocking fee, which is waived for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 9 days.

Damaged and defective items are replaced or corrected. The process starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Each case is reviewed promptly, and a replacement or correction is arranged from there. No restocking fee applies to items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
