Combining 3,000 PSI with 5 GPM, the Cam Spray 3050QE produces 15,000 cleaning units with diesel-fired hot water up to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. The 10 HP electric motor and high flow rate make the 3050QE one of Cam Spray's most capable electric-powered hot water units, built for continuous duty in food processing plants, large fleet operations, and industrial degreasing applications.

10 HP Motor at 5 GPM

The 10 HP enclosed motor draws 40 amps on 230-volt single-phase power and drives the triplex plunger pump at the full 5 GPM flow rate. Ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves handle the volume and pressure. The diesel burner feeds from a 9-gallon tank through a schedule 80 coil with stainless steel wrap. A 10-foot power cord connects to the facility panel.

15,000 Cleaning Units on Four Wheels

At 675 pounds on a 52 x 32 x 49 inch frame, the 3050QE rolls on four 13-inch wheels for stable transport. The female socket allows mounting optional swivel hose reels for larger job sites. The heavy-duty trigger gun with dual wand and side-handle valve switches between high-pressure cleaning and low-pressure detergent application. Quick-change nozzles in 0, 15, 25, and 40 degree patterns cover the full range of cleaning tasks.
