Cam Spray 4000QE Industrial Hot Water Pressure Washer

The Cam Spray 4000QE reaches 4,000 PSI at 4 GPM, producing 16,000 cleaning units with diesel-fired hot water at up to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the highest-pressure electric-powered model in the Cam Spray QE series. At 4,000 PSI with hot water, the 4000QE strips paint, removes heavy industrial buildup, and cleans concrete surfaces that lower-pressure units cannot touch.

10 HP Motor Pushing 4,000 PSI

The 10 HP enclosed motor with thermal overload protection draws 40 amps on 230-volt single-phase power to drive the triplex plunger pump at maximum pressure. Ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves manage the 4,000 PSI load continuously. The diesel burner system feeds from a 9-gallon tank through a schedule 80 coil with stainless steel wrap, controlled by an adjustable thermostat and temperature limit switch.

Four-Wheel Heavy-Duty Frame

Weighing 675 pounds, the 4000QE sits on a 52 x 32 x 49 inch frame with four 13-inch wheels and built-in hose and wand storage. The female socket accepts optional swivel hose reel mounting. A 10-foot power cord connects to the 230-volt circuit, and the 50-foot by 3/8-inch hose delivers hot, high-pressure water to the work area. The dual wand with side-handle valve handles both cleaning and detergent modes.
