Cam Spray 4040QB Pressure Washer Gas Powered Diesel Fired Hot Water 4 GPM 4,000 PSI
Cam Spray 4040QB Gas-Powered Diesel-Fired Hot Water Pressure Washer
The Cam Spray 4040QB pairs a 16 HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard gas engine with a diesel-fired burner to produce 4,000 PSI at 4 GPM without requiring any electrical connection. Hot water reaches 195 degrees Fahrenheit for 16,000 cleaning units of grease-dissolving, oil-stripping cleaning power. This gas-powered unit goes anywhere a truck can deliver it, from remote construction sites to outdoor fleet yards.
Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 479cc Engine
The 479cc Vanguard engine produces 16 HP to drive the triplex plunger pump at full 4,000 PSI output. Ceramic plungers and stainless steel valves handle the pressure and flow. The engine runs on gasoline from a 9-quart fuel tank, while a separate 9-gallon diesel tank feeds the burner. The schedule 80 coil with stainless steel wrap heats water through an adjustable thermostat and temperature limit switch.
Fully Portable Hot Water Cleaning
No electrical hookup means the 4040QB operates completely off-grid. The heavy-duty frame rolls on 13-inch wheels with built-in hose rack and wand holder. At 565 pounds and 52 x 32 x 49 inches, the cart handles rough terrain and uneven surfaces. A Group 24 battery (not included) powers the starter. Quick-change nozzles in 0, 15, 25, and 40 degree patterns handle everything from precision cleaning to wide-area surface washing.
