The Pressure-Pro Dirt Laser SH40004KH delivers 4,000 PSI at 3.5 GPM with water temperatures up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit wet steam. Powered by a Kohler Command PRO 14-HP CH440 engine with electric start and Quad-Clean four-stage cyclonic air filtration, this hot water unit runs clean in dusty environments where lesser air filters clog and choke performance. The AR triplex ceramic plunger pump is rebuildable and cools more efficiently than axial pump designs.
Stainless Steel Heating Coil with 12V DC Igniter
The diesel-fired heating system uses a stainless steel-wrapped 1/2-inch Schedule 80 steel coil to bring water up to steam temperature. A 12-volt DC igniter with built-in charging circuit provides consistent heat, powered by a Group 24/550 CCA battery. The adjustable thermostat gives operators control from warm rinse temperatures all the way up to 250-degree wet steam for grease removal in restaurant kitchens, food processing facilities, and automotive service bays.
Heavy-Duty Four-Wheel Powder-Coated Cart
The SH40004KH sits on a heavy-duty powder-coated steel four-wheel cart frame with a lifting point for truck loading and integrated hooks for hose and gun storage. An 8-gallon fuel tank keeps the engine running through extended commercial jobs. Includes a 50-foot high-pressure hose, professional spray wand, trigger gun, and three spray tips. Downstream detergent injection kit AC340 sold separately.
