Unlike welded steel frames that corrode and crack at the joints, the EB4040KGE-20 uses a revolutionary aircraft-grade aluminum frame with dual handles and zero welds. A thermo-sensor prevents pump overheating in bypass mode, protecting the unit during idle periods between cleaning passes. Pneumatic tires, dual padded shock-absorbing feet, and a 3/4-inch cold-rolled steel threaded axle support the machine across rough terrain and daily loading. Low oil shutdown protects the engine from running dry. Ships with a 50-foot hose, spray gun, wand, and five quick-connect nozzle tips.
