If you already own a cold water pressure washer, the Pressure-Pro Hot Link CPHL5DC adds hot water without buying a second machine. It plumbs inline. Your washer feeds the Hot Link, the diesel burner heats the water on the way through, and your gun and hose come off the outlet. It runs on 12 volt DC from the battery on the pressure washer, so it travels wherever the washer travels, on a truck bed or on a trailer.

What the Pressure-Pro Hot Link CPHL5DC Is and Who It Is For

The Pressure-Pro Hot Link CPHL5DC is a hot water generator that attaches to a cold water pressure washer you already own. High pressure water leaves your washer, passes through the Hot Link where a diesel burner heats it, and comes out the outlet for your gun and hose. Shops, mobile detailers, fleet crews and contractors buy it when hot water is needed for grease, gum or graffiti but a second complete machine is not worth the money or the space.

How the Pressure-Pro Hot Link CPHL5DC Connects and Controls the Burner

The Hot Link works with almost any cold water pressure washer up to 4,350 PSI and up to 5 GPM. Connect it with the included jumper hose, then move your pressure hose, gun, wand and nozzles to the outlet on the Hot Link. Control is by flow switch. Pull the trigger and the burner lights, release it and the burner shuts down. A lighted on and off switch and an adjustable thermostat sit on the panel, and this model runs on 12 volt DC taken from the battery on the pressure washer, which must have a 14 amp charging system.

The base frame is powder coated steel with four holes so the unit bolts down to a truck or a trailer. The coil is wrapped in stainless steel with double wall coil end caps. The whole unit measures 29 x 22 x 22 in and weighs 180 lb, so it stores on a shelf or in a corner of the trailer when the job does not call for hot water.

Safety features are redundant: a flow switch, a pressure relief valve and a burst disc.

What Is Not Included with the Pressure-Pro Hot Link CPHL5DC

A gun and a hose are not included. You use the gun, wand, hose and nozzles from your own pressure washer, and they must be rated for at least 200 degrees Fahrenheit before you run them on hot water. The AHC25 four wheel kit with a handle is an option and is not included. The pressure washer supplies the 12 volt power, so no battery ships with the Hot Link.

Shipping Time Guarantees

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Transit normally takes 5 to 8 business days after an order ships, but the destination and carrier schedules can extend that. When a delivery runs past the estimate, an additional 2 to 3 business days is the normal allowance. If the package still has not arrived after that, contacting us with the order number starts a trace with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. A return starts with an email to support@highpressurecarwasher.com that includes the order number and the reason for the return; the return address and instructions are sent back from there. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and approved returns carry a 20 percent restocking fee, which is waived for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 9 days.

Damaged and defective items are replaced or corrected. Is there a shipping fee?

There is no shipping fee. Every order shipping to the Continental U.S. (48 states) ships free, with no minimum purchase and no surcharges of any kind. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside the 48 states are handled case by case, so customers in those areas are asked to contact us before ordering.

Can I track my order?

Every order is trackable. When an order ships, a shipping confirmation email goes out with the tracking details, and the package can be followed from that link until delivery. If no tracking email has arrived within 3 business days of ordering, a message to support@highpressurecarwasher.com with the order number lets us check the shipment.

How will my product be shipped?

The shipping method depends on the size of the item. Accessories and smaller units travel with a parcel carrier. Large machines are strapped to a pallet and shipped by LTL freight, with curbside delivery. Shipping is free in both cases. Freight deliveries should be received in person so the shipment can be inspected on arrival, and any visible damage should be written on the delivery receipt before it is signed.
